Review the work
We examine how information arrives, who uses it, where it is repeated or delayed, which software is involved and which decisions must stay with a person.
How it works
The Audit comes first. If you want us to carry out a recommendation, the exact work, fixed price, responsibilities and tests are agreed before the build begins.
You receive the written Audit before deciding whether to commission anything else. Implementation and monthly support are separate decisions.
The £290 Audit
The written Audit is useful on its own. It does not commit you to implementation.
We examine how information arrives, who uses it, where it is repeated or delayed, which software is involved and which decisions must stay with a person.
We explain what is happening now, where the problems are, which changes appear worthwhile and what should be considered first. You can use the report without asking us to build anything.
Fixed-price implementation
Scope, responsibilities, tests, timetable and fixed price are agreed before implementation begins.
If you want us to carry out a recommendation, we define the users, information, systems, access, responsibilities, exclusions, tests, timetable and fixed price before starting.
We improve an existing tool, connect several tools or build a focused system. We configure it around real examples from your business rather than assuming a tidy, ideal process.
We test the expected route, missing information, incorrect entries, failed connections and actions that require approval. Problems found during the agreed acceptance tests are corrected or recorded and agreed before handover.
The people using the system are shown what to do, what each person owns, when review is required and how to handle an exception. We provide the agreed instructions and handover material.
Managed Improvement · optional monthly support
Scope and monthly price are agreed separately. You can instead take full ownership at handover.
Managed Improvement can cover monitoring agreed systems, resolving issues, making agreed changes, updating instructions and supporting staff as they use AI and new systems. We review the agreed systems and send the manager a concise weekly summary of issues, decisions and next actions.
What we need from you
We normally need a recent example of the work, the documents or records used, a conversation with the people involved and an explanation of what currently goes wrong. Access is agreed in advance and limited to what is required for the selected work.
Your business remains responsible for approvals, customer commitments, payments, employment decisions and professional judgements. We make it easier for staff to prepare the work, find the right information and see the next action.
