The £290 Audit

Find the changes worth making before paying for a build.

A focused review of selected administrative work, the problems affecting it and the practical systems or AI uses that could improve it.

£290One-off

What the Audit examines and what you receive.

We use real examples from your business to identify repeated administration, missed actions, delays, weak handovers, scattered information and unsuitable or underused software.

How the work is handled now

The people, information, decisions, documents and software involved in the selected areas.

Where work breaks down

Repeated entry, missing information, delays, missed follow-up, unclear responsibility and weak management information.

Where AI may help

Specific tasks suitable for searching, extracting, summarising, drafting or checking for missing information, with the required human review points.

What should be improved or built

A practical description of whether to improve an existing tool, connect current software, or set up a tracker, automation, AI assistant, portal or focused system.

What should happen first

Recommendations ranked by practical value, effort, complexity, dependencies and risk.

Your written next steps

A clear record you can use internally, take to another provider or use to request a fixed-price build and setup proposal from us.

Areas we can review

The Audit is shaped around the business, not a standard software checklist.

  • AI setup, staff use and suitable review rules
  • Enquiries, quotations and follow-up
  • Customer and supplier onboarding
  • Projects, jobs, cases and handovers
  • Documents, company knowledge and renewals
  • Payment and commercial administration
  • Weekly information for managers
  • People, HR and recruitment administration
  • Existing software, repeated entry and disconnected tools

Useful on its own, with clear limits.

A good fit when

A recurring piece of work is delayed, duplicated, missed or difficult to check—and you want a practical written answer before paying for a build.

What we need

A recent example, the documents or software involved and time with the people who understand how the work is really done.

Not included in £290

Implementation, software subscriptions, extensive data migration, legal or regulated professional advice, or operating the client’s back office.

Practical questions

Do we have to use Back Office Systems for the build?

No. The written Audit is designed to stand on its own. You can carry out the recommendations internally, use another provider or ask us for a separate fixed-price proposal.

Will you make us replace our existing software?

No. We keep and improve existing tools where they can do the job properly. We recommend a connection or new system only when it solves a defined problem.

Does the Audit include the build?

No. The £290 price covers the Audit and written recommendations. Any build and setup work is optional, separately scoped and fixed-price.

Who remains responsible for important decisions?

The client retains responsibility for payments, commitments, employment decisions and professional judgements. The Audit identifies where human checks and approvals are required.
